The function of the Finance Department is to:
- Provides centralized Treasury function for all County departments.
- Provides advice to Council and Management on financial matters.
- Co-ordinates the preparation and presentation of the consolidated budget to Council.
- Provides purchasing advice and monitors tender documents.
