Part I

Trials for Part I matters are heard on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month commencing at 11:00 A.M., - excluding Statutory Holidays, Christmas and Court Closures.

Part III

Summonses for Part III matters are issued for the 4th Friday of the month. (In 2012 February, April, July, September and October: Summonses will also be issued for the 2nd Friday) - excluding Statutory Holidays, Christmas and Court Closures. Friday Court commences at 9:00 A.M.

Trials for Part III matters are heard on the second and fourth Thursday of the month commencing at 10:00 A.M. - excluding Statutory Holidays, Christmas and Court Closures.

Option 2 (TICKETS ISSUED PRIOR TO MARCH 1, 2012)

Option 2 - Walk-in Guilty Pleas can be done on any Thursday - excluding Statutory Holidays, Christmas and Court Closures. Walk-in Guilty Pleas commence at 9:00 A.M. SHARP *Please call the Court Office prior to attending to ensure Court has not been closed

Court Closures

County of Elgin POA Courts WILL NOT be sitting on the following dates in 2012:

• April 19th
• May 10th
• August 9th
• September 20th
• October 4th
• October 18th
• December 27th
• NOTE - In December the Part III summons date is on December 14th, 2012 (The 2nd Friday)
